  It is refreshing to see a physician who cares about the patient! They give you all the time you need and really listen to the details. The Urgent Care side of the clinic was just as thorough and I am really saddened that it has closed.

  The staff is very friendly and caring. I had an instance where I had a test result come back "abnormal". Janet and Tonya had notified me within hours and already had "plan B" in motion. The fact that they cared enough to take the extra time to see that my needs were met and the compassion expressed is priceless...thanks for your dedication to your patients!!

  I used to hate going to the Dr. I now never fear going to the Dr because I know that I will see Janet Ross. She is by far one of the most thorough Dr.'s I have seen that doesn't make you feel like your problems have all been caused by your own actions! She is the nicest person I know and she will help you out in any way she can, whether it be suggestions on what I can do in regards to personal changes I can make to help me or the medications that she has prescribed to help with my medical issues etc. She has my full respect in handling not only my care but the care of my entire family! Redmond Family Care Center has definitely found a true gem with employing Janet! She is without a doubt an asset to their practice in Cedartown, Ga.
